Kanai has never existed outside of the Renn household, but things are about to drastically change.
Ever since his father died, Kai Renn, the oldest of the four brothers, has taken his role as "Man of the House" seriously. While his mom, Queen Renn, has done the heavy lifting, Kai has been their protector. The prophecy of the Four Kings ensured that they'd all need protection, and if the Aceadasnakes had it their way, they would have been dead long ago. With that in mind, protecting their secret has always been the only way to stay safe.
When Kai leaves for training at Cherry Lane Training Academy, and Kanai steps out of the shadows, the threats come from all directions. They have been careful and taken every precaution, but it wasn't enough. Someone is after the Renn brothers (Kai, Kenzo, Kane, and Kanai), and they must find the hunter before one of the brothers is slain.
